29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: a) 379 Boy Scout Rd, Seeley Lake, MT: On or about September 12, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to unexpected energization of equipment while performing servicing and maintenance operations. The employer did not ensure employees acquired the knowledge and skills associated with energy control measures involving the 30-inch Steep Feeder while performing maintenance operations.
