Alleged Violation Description 29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a) 270 N. Mill Road Vineland, NJ 08360, production floor: Employees exposed to noise at or above the 8 hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels were not provided with an annual audiogram. The employee's dosimeter reading was 149.4 % of the permissible level (90dBa) and was equivalent to approximately 92.9dBa. The sampling was performed for 393 minutes during one shift on 12/18/23. Zero exposure was assumed for the un-sampled period of time. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
