29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) On or about 08/28/2023, throughout the establishment, where employees perform servicing and/or maintenance activities on machines such as but not limited to: Hyd Mech Vertical Band Saw, the employer did not review the energy control program and procedures and each employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected, at least annually.
