29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition were not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a.) On or about August 17, 2023 and at times prior thereto, Caterpillar forklift #3451 was observed in service with a broken front and rear windshield. This exposed the employees to struck-by hazards. b.) On or about August 17, 2023 and at times prior thereto, Caterpillar forklift #3452 was observed in service with a broken rear windshield. This exposed the employees to struck-by hazards.
