Four Seasons Construction LLC does not ensure that employees use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. This violation was most recently observed, on or about 8/16/23 at 33 Jacklin Court Clifton , NJ, at instance a) Residential Home (Exterior right side and front ): Employees engaged in roofing work using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing eye and face protection. The employer did not ensure that employees using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing material were provided with eye and face protection, thus exposing employees to projectile eye hazards.
