29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: a) Corian Fabrication Area: On or about August 15, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a container labeled acetone, and used by employees, was properly labeled in that it contained denatured alcohol, exposing employees to chemical hazards.
