29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Powered industrial truck(s) which were used on a round-the-clock basis were not examined for defects after each shift: a) On or about August 15, 2023, at the U.S. Postal Service, Cata�o DMDU Annex - a Toyota Electric Forklift Truck, Model 7FBCU25, Serial #64734, was in operation with broken horn and beacon lights, exposing employees (pedestrians and other forklift operators) to struck-by hazards during operations. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
