29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. At the backyard of 12 Laura Court, Palm Coast, Florida, on or about August 10, 2023, employees were exposed to the hazard of being cut by a chainsaw in that they were not wearing cut-resistant protective legwear, such as but not limited to leg chaps.
