29 CFR 1926.551(n):Signal systems. Signal systems between aircrew and ground personnel shall be understood and checked in advance of hoisting the load. This applies to either radio or hand signal systems. Hand signals shall be as shown in Figure N-1.: 30�59'40.4"N 101�48'41.9"W, Crockett County, TX: On or about August 02, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards due to not ensuring that a signaling system was established by aircrew and ground personnel prior to hoisting loads.
