29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 28, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8.7 feet above the ground while installing shingles onto the roof of a residential home located at 909 Knoll Crest CT Akron, OH 44313, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Lino Estrada Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634516, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-19-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7238-7638 Boatwright Lane New Albany, OH 43054. Lino Estrada Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1545477, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11-01-2021, with respect to a workplace located at Building 5 40-60 Preswicke Mill in Blacklick, Ohio 43004.
