29 CFR 1926.106(a): Employee(s) working over or near water where the danger of drowning existed, were not provided with U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket(s) or buoyant work vest(s): On or about July 26, 2023, and at times prior thereto, beneath the Brazos River Bridge on FM 529, employees were removing debris from a sandbar in the middle of the river without the use of life jackets.
