29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Front and left side of house on ground - On or about July 24, 203, the employer instructed employees to lift the roof trusses up on the roof area by had without providing head protection form the trusses and employees on the roof exposing them to struck by hazards.
