29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that protective footwear is used where employees are exposed to foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing sole: (a) On or about August 2, 2023, a manager escorting the CSHO during a walk around inspection in the warehouse and fabrication areas of the plant was not wearing protective footwear and was exposed to a struck-by hazard due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing sole.
