29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): Where the employer has provided portable fire extinguishers for employee use in the workplace, the employer shall also provide an educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting. a) 6000 CENTRAL HIGHWAY, PENNSAUKEN, NJ 08109-Freezer Warehouse (West): The employer failed to ensure that each employee was provided an educational program to be familiarized on the general principles and safe use of portable fire extinguishers when deficiencies in the establishments Emergency Action Plan were identified. Condition noted on or about July 7, 2023.
