29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) 116 Main Street, Bethesda United Methodist Church, Middletown, DE 19709: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that employees working with flammable materials were properly protected by having a working fire extinguisher available at the work site.
