29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a) Production area, On or about July 26, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck by and caught in hazards in that the employer allowed employees to perform servicing and maintenance of the Saber water jet saw without an energy control procedure.
