29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: 100 Village Walk, Guilford CT: On or about July 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure the workers exposed to an unprotected edge more than 19 feet above the lower level were trained in fall hazards before performing tasks such as (but not limited to) roofing activities on a high slope roof.
