29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Eco Cuff 2, Welch Allyn Inc., 4341 State Street Road, Skaneateles Falls, NY 13153, on or about July 12, 2023: Specific lockout procedures were not utilized for employees who were completing servicing activities at the Eco Cuff 2 production line including, but not limited to, changing out the buffer on the welding station.
