29 CFR 1926.97(c)(2)(viii):Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests shall be in accordance with Table E-4 and Table E-5: (a) At 5351 SR 69, Cullman, AL: On or about 7/12/2023, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that, the rubber gloves used by employees performing tasks, such as but not limited to, connecting underground secondary to a vertical pole mounted switch near three phase 14,400 V energized primary had not been tested as required.
