29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation or identified by a sign indicating its actual use: a) 8141 Seashore Highway, Bridgeville, DE (Access to the Engine Room): On or about July 17, 2023, the doorway or passage along an exit access had not marked a doorway, such as but not limited to, that leading into the engine room from the maintenance shop, "NOT AN EXIT" or a sign indicating its actual use, potentially exposing employees unknowingly choosing to egress through the engine room during an emergency involving the unexpected release of anhydrous ammonia in the engine room to health hazards posed by anhydrous ammonia.
