29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. a) Jobsite: 2100 Kitty Hawk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19112 - On or about July 13, the employer did not ensure employees were prohibited from placing their hand outside of the running lines of the truck. An employee operating a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) (Crown ESR Series Reach truck) placed their hand around the upright of the PIT.
