29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a)R&L Splicing Inc. at BIA 700 & Veterans Memorial Drive, Agency Village, SD 57262: On or about and at times prior to July 10, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained to recognize and avoid unsafe conditions while conducting work on construction sites. This condition exposed employees to various hazards associated with excavation work and construction activities.
