29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall: On or about June 29, 2023 at 120 West Washington Street, Belleville, Illinois: An employee climbed the ladder with a push broom and was exposed to loosing balance and falling up to 15-feet. The boom was carried on the shoulder with the broom head extending behind the employee.
