29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Jobsite located at 3201 Cuthbert St., Philadelphia, PA 19103 - The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions at the jobsite, and regulations to control or eliminate hazards, such as tip-over/crushing hazard, and falling object hazards while assembling and disassembling formwork components such as SB Brace Frame, panels, etc. Condition noted on or about July 5, 2023.
