29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employees engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a)Wegner Roofing & Solar Corporation at 901 West Russell Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to June 27, 2023, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontracted employees were protected from falls while conducting commercial roofing activities on a commercial building. This condition exposed the subcontracted employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
