29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about June 26, 2023, during a window installation project at a jobsite located at 2650 Monroe Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113, the employer did not ensure employees working from a JLG Model 660SJ aerial lift was wearing and utilizing a body belt (harness) and lanyard attached to the basket of the aerial lift.
