29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): a.) At the jobsite, located at 906 Jan-Mar Court Minneola, FL 34715; on or about 6/26/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9 & 10 feet, in that, while stocking cabinet boxes, a fall protection system was not provided for employees climbing on top of boxes stacked 4 & 5 tiers high in order to retrieve high stocked merchandise in warehouses #1, 2 & #3.
