29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about June 9, 2023, where employees doing framework on a single-family house and were exposed where employees doing framing work while using a DeWalt circular saw. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and exposed to eye injuries: JUAN GABRIEL RAMIREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.102 (a)(1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1571461 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2 THAT WAS ISSUED ON JANUARY 10, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2060 BUFFALO HILL DRIVE MESQUITE, TX 75149.
