29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical and fire hazards. The employer did not ensure the space in front of the Electrical Panel located in the chemical shed was free from storage items that were blocking free access to the panel. This was most recently documented on June 8, 2023, at a worksite located at 2101 SE Hamblen Rd, Lees Summit, Missouri.
