29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration:; Such activities were not performed only by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person. Location: 6 Pelissier Circle Randolph, MA On June 8th, 2023, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to 14 feet to the ground while working from a carpenters' bracket scaffold system and a hand built bracket scaffold system on a wood framing project where a competent person qualified in scaffold erection was not present to supervise or direct the scaffold erection.
