29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about May 24, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 22 feet while performing roofing activities on a commercial church located at 1055 Canton Road, Akron, Ohio 44312. The employee was exiting the roof using a catwalk and the employer did not ensure he was trained to recognize and minimize fall hazards.
