29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts shall be guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219. (A) All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts were not guarded as required. Location: Milling Area On or about May 10, 2023, an Ironwood single foot pedal operated upcut saw had no guard to prevent employees from reaching into saw blade's area exposing employees to lacerations and amputation injuries.
