29 CFR 1926.1417(c)(1): The procedures applicable to the operation of the equipment, including rated capacities (load charts), recommended operating speeds, special hazard warnings, instructions, and operator's manual, were not readily available in the cab at all times for use by the operator: Location: 549 Summit Ave., Jersey City, NJ, 2nd Floor a. The employer authorized employees to use and operate a JMG, Model MC25S, crane for tandem lifts of fa�ade panels, without the manufacturer operator's manual being readily available with/on the equipment for use by the operator. Violation occurred on or about May 4, 2023
