29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3):Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s): (a) Facility: On or about May 1, 2023, there was no signage at the 60 inch Octagon coil slitter machine to warn employees of the dangers of the in-running slitting arbors. (b) Facility: On or about May 1, 2023, there was no signage at the 60 inch Octagon coil slitter machine to warn employees of the dangers of the powered 6 inch diameter 24 inch long steel roller that created an in-running pinch point when steel was being run through the machine. (c) Facility: On or about May 1, 2023, there was no signage on the Pomacon machine to warn employees to stay off of (not to climb) the Pomacon machine.
