29 CFR 1910.23(b)(9): The employer did not ensure that ladders are inspected before initial use in each work shift, and more frequently as necessary, to identify any visible defects that could cause employee injury. a. at 1528 West Vine Street Kissimmee, Florida: On or about May 2, 2023, ladders such as step, multi-position, and rolling ladders, used by employees to retrieve merchandise from rack systems were not inspected, to identify damage and or modifications that could cause employee injuries, such as those caused by falls.
