29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: On or about April 25, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were using tight fitting elastomeric respirators and had facial hair that came between the sealing surface and the employee's face. The employees were exposed to inhalation hazards from exposure to Manganese, Nickel, Cobalt, and Copper.
