29 CFR 1926.1203(a):Before work begins, the employer did not ensure that a competent person identifies all confined spaces in which one or more of the employees are to enter through consideration and evaluation of the elements of that space, including testing as necessary: On or about January 23, 2023, employees were allowed to enter a confined space to perform electrical work prior to the employer evaluating the crawl space as a confined space.
