29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. a) At the Warehouse 135 Schmitt Boulevard, Farmingdale NY, 11735. On or about April 19th, 2023, Exit routes were blocked with rolls of products b) At Warehouse 145 Schmitt Boulevard, Farmingdale NY 11735. On or about April 19th, 2023, Exit routes were blocked with a ladder. c) At the Warehouse 130 Schmitt Boulevard, Farmingdale NY 11735. On or about April 19th, 2023, Exit routes were blocked with a pallets containing air conditioner units. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
