29 CFR 1910.27(a): The employer did not ensure that scaffolds used in general industry meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds). Ref. 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms and the entire platform was not attached to the fork. This violation was observed on or about April 25, 2023, and at times prior to, employees rigging product for shipment worked in a forklift basket that was not secured to the lift, exposing employees to fall hazards.
