OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from struck by hazards from improper pipe unloading practices: a) 354 Sherwood Hill Rd., Harford, PA 188223- Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from pipe unloading operations that did not meet the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America Pipe Construction Safety & Quality Consensus Guidelines CS-S-15, on or about April 14, 2023.
