29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite: On or about 04/13/2023, the employer did not ensure that a fire extinguisher was provided within fifty (50) feet of where flammable liquids, such as, but not limited to gasoline & Lucas Elite Flashing Cement (Lucas 776) were being used.
