29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguards designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting) were not in proper working order at all times: (a)Global Harvest Foods, LLC 201 at North Richmond Street, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to April 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected during an emergency from entrapment hazards in that an exit light fixture in the production area was broken and did not illuminate when activated. This condition exposed employees during an emergency to not visibly identify exits and evacuate the building.
