29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. On or about April 13, 2023, employees were engaged in roofing activities on a low slope roof without the use of fall protection or a safety monitoring system in Peoria, IL. JUAN PABLO RAMIREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1615303, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 15, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1339 WOODSIDE DRIVE, DUNLAP IL 61525.
