29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) 115 S. 6th St., Odessa, DE 19730 (Warehouse): On or about April 5, 2023, and at times prior thereto, impediments to the exit routes, created by items such as but not limited to pallets and equipment which blocked the exit paths, were not minimized exposing employees to trip hazards and a delayed egress in the event of an emergency.
