29 CFR 1910.268(d)(1): Before work was begun in the vicinity of vehicular or pedestrian traffic which could endanger employees, warning signs, flags, barriers, and/or other traffic control devices were not placed conspicuously to alert and channel approaching traffic: (a) On or about March 20, 2023 - 5th Street, Hayden, AL, employees were exposed to illness/injury when employees had not received first aid training including instruction in artificial respiration.
