29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7):Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: Location: Main Street On or about March 7, 2023, a battery powered Toyota long-forked riding pallet jack was not examined prior to use and was involved in a near miss collision with a battery powered Toyota forklift, where the employee was injured when the employee's foot got stuck in a gap between the cowling and the standing platform as the employee fell after sudden braking.
