29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). Trench operation located at the corner of Lee Rd and East County Rd, Lithia Springs GA. 30122. On or about March 28, 2023, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to cave-in/entrapment hazards in that the employer failed to provide adequate cave[in protection for employees working in a trench that measured 65ft long by 18ft wide by 20 - 22ft deep.
