29 CFR 1910.28(b)(5)(i) - The employer did not ensure that each employee on a runway or similar walkway is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system: Location - Adjacent to C Line Cap Hopper, Main Production Floor: On or about 3/27/23, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of four feet by utilizing a work procedure that bypasses the protection of the existing guardrail system.
