29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. Location: 3 Aston Court, Andover, MA; On or about 03/17/2023, employees and employer representative were exposed to fall hazards while working from job-made scaffolding which was not protected by a guardrail system or by the use of a personal fall arrest system.
