29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): Employer responsibility. The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) On or before March 20, 2023, the employer failed to instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions in the language that they understood on hazards such as, but not limited too; avoidance to low overhead hazards created from conveyers located 59" from the ground when operating the Tennant T16 Rider Scrubber while cleaning at the Amazon facility currently under construction.
